I carefully pack all prints and paintings to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

My returns policy lasts for 14 days, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. I do not offer refunds if those 14 days have elapsed.
To be eligible for a full refund, your print or painting must be in the same condition that you received them, and also in their original packaging.
To complete your return, please e-mail us at: email@example.com and we will provide you with details of the return shipping address and process.
Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable, so you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items.
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will e-mail you to notify you as to whether we have accepted or rejected your refund. We strive to be as fair as possible.
If accepted, we will promptly process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card, credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that it can take between 3-5 days for the credit to appear in your account. If, after five days, the refund has still not shown, please contact your credit card company and/or your bank to check on the refunded amount.
